Article II: Citizenship

Eligibility

Any individual seeking to join the Republic must apply for citizenship through the official virtual platform.

Citizenship is granted upon issuance of a digital passport, which serves as proof of membership and participation.

Rights of Citizens

All citizens have the right to privacy, freedom of expression, and property ownership.

Citizens are free to transact and interact without censorship or undue regulation.

Responsibilities of Citizens

Any actions taken by citizens in relation to their respective nation-states are their sole responsibility. Citizens must bear the consequences of such actions. The Virtual Republic of Bitcoin does not hold itself accountable for the acts of its citizens, as they possess complete freedom of choice and must accept full responsibility for their decisions and their outcomes.

Article III: Individual Freedoms and Limitations

Freedom of Choice

Citizens are free to live, work, and trade as they see fit, without interference, as long as their actions respect the freedoms of others.

Protection of Freedom

Any act of coercion, fraud, or aggression against another citizen is strictly prohibited and may result in revocation of citizenship or other appropriate measures.
